The dog owner is from Greenville, South Carolina. She had the doggo, Charlie, for seven years. Unfortunately, the dog suffered from lymphoma and after five months of battling it, he crossed the rainbow bridge. The dog owner wanted to honor Charlie so she made the obituary. She then uploaded it on Twitter and has become viral.
In the obituary, she shared how Charlie loved life. He loved the beach, he loved running around, and he loved visiting the dog owner’s relatives. During his last days, he spent time at the beach where he relaxed in the holes he dug himself and played in the water. The obituary ended with the words, “In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you give all your pups some extra love in honor of Charlie.”
