Students at an elementary school got to meet the dog the will be training to be a guide dog for the first time. The dog is only 10 months old.
– A guide dog in training was adopted by Ysgol Derwenfa County Primary School.
– The children at the school met the dog for the first time.
– The kids are excited about monitoring the dog and meeting its handler in the future.

Report say that the students are with the Ysgol Derwenfa County Primary School in Leeswood, Wales. They named their adopted dog Maggie, who is with the Guide Dogs for the Blind organization.
The head teacher, Andrew Jones, said that they have received updates in the past regarding the dog but the kids showed a different level of excitement when they saw the furry friend in person.
The children were also told what guide dogs usually do for the handler they will soon be assigned with. The kids thought it is an amazing job.
