The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) in Ontario has stepped in to lend a helping hand to a doggo with a devastating condition. The dog is suffering from a giant mass on its hind end and it was determined as a form of tumor.

The former dog owners have been sentenced for violating the animal welfare laws in the area. The doggo is a female boxer-type doggo. It is also very thin so it could barely move while dragging its hind end. The tumor is reportedly around 4.3 kilograms. Aside from the tumor, the doggo was also suffering from dermatitis and ear infections after a veterinarian checked him.
With the assistance of the SPCA, the dog underwent surgery and is now recovering. SPCA Ontario said that owners who find themselves in a situation where they cannot attend to their dog’s medical needs, they should contact the organization to get some form of help.
