Accordingly, the doggos were saved from a dog meat farm in South Korea. The 13 doggos are staying with the Angels of Assisi shelter. The executive director of the shelter shared that there are already volunteers who have come forward to take care of the latest addition to the animals they are taking care of. The volunteers will help the newly-rescued dogs get used around humans and interact with them. The executive director shared, “They’ve got to decompress. They’ve gone through a lot and have had a lot happen since living in tiny cages in Korea.”
After the dogs are trained, they will be out for adoption. They are looking at the possibility of adoption by the end of November.
