More and more restaurants are already trying to chance their policies as to accepting service dogs and even regular dogs in their premises. However, one man from West Monroe, Louisiana claims his service dog was denied entry.

The man was told by two employees that he could not bring his service dog, a German Shepherd, inside the restaurant. The manager was called and the manager asked for the dog’s credentials. The dog owner could not show anything and said that his service dog and diabetic alert dog was not wearing his service dog vest because of the weather outside. He then called the cops.
The company said that they are investigating the matter and they take the complaint very seriously since they want to accommodate all their guests’ needs. They also noted that they adhere by the guidelines of the Americans With Disabilities Act and allows service animals in their restaurants.
