When there’s a hurricane or flood like situations, the animals are the worst sufferers. Sometimes people chain their pets when escaping from homes and this is the saddest part.
The chained pets have very tiny chance of survival. If you really love your dog or cat, we sincerely request you to not chain him up. If you can’t take them with you at least leave them free so that someone else can help them if possible.
