– A rich village built a dog park.
– However, they later complained of the excessive barking of dogs.
– Now, there is a limit as to…
The dog park was built just last October after the village spent $134,000 to turn a muddy area into a dog park that was fenced and doggos could run around off-leash. Naturally, the doggos at the dog park bark and run around but the noise that came from the area is said to be invading the “pristine domesticity” of the rich residents. One of the complainants said, “Around dinner time, I’d like to be able to sit on my deck and maybe read a book and chat with a friend or have a glass of wine, and the dogs are barking.”
As a result, the dog park hours have been changed so that there aren’t any early-morning barks. Some of the dog owners are now planning to sue the complainants because they believe there was no democracy in the process of limiting the dog park hours.
