Accordingly, the dog was taken to her new home in Chanhassen, Minnesota. However, three months later, she was found back in her foster home in St. Paul’s Hamline-Midway neighborhood. The former foster parent of the dog said, “I am never ever again going to question the possibilities of miracles.” Accordingly, the foster parent is now the owner for good of the doggo named Zelda.
What was even more amazing about this story is the dog endured the elements just to go back to her foster parent. It seems that the dog became really attached because Zelda was once fearful of her foster parent. However, the foster parent decided to use therapy-related techniques to show the dog she meant no harm.
After two months of being with the foster parent, it was the only time Zelda wagged her tail. Since then, the two have developed an amazing bond. Even when Zelda was given to her adoptive family, the foster parent cried for three days because she felt like she just gave away her doggo.
