A passenger at the Delta Air Lines was mauled by an emotional support dog. Now, that same passenger is suing the airline because of the injuries he suffered.

The dog was sitting on the lap of the passenger that owns it. The attacked man was just sitting next to the dog owner and the doggo and did nothing to provoke the animal. Later, the doggo mauled him in the face. The attack was interrupted initially and the animal was taken away from where the victim was. Later, the animal broke free and mauled the victim again. The attack took place in 2017.
The man underwent surgery and he received 28 stitches in his upper body. Per the lawsuit, the man is suing them for severe physical pain, suffering, emotional suffering, mental anguish, loss of income, and substantial medical bills.
