A three-year-old girl spent the night in a bushland. The family dog followed the girl and despite being partially deaf and blind, the dog stayed with the little girl until rescue came.

Now, the same dog has become the first ever honorary police dog in Queensland. The dog, named Max, is already 17 years old. The loyalty of the doggo amazed the police force so they made it official to have the senior dog as the first ever honorary police dog in the area. The dog was given a Queensland Police Service collar and a medal.
The girl, on the other hand, has since been in great condition since the April 20 incident.
