There are a many ways for old male dog owners to live longer. The best way is to keep on walking the dog they own.
– Older male dog owners should walk their dog in order to reduce the risk of death.
– A study showed that gardening and walking the dog for 30 minutes in a day is really beneficial.
– More difficult or heavier physical activities mean lesser possibility of dying.
A new study found out that half an hour a day of any physical activity such as walking the dog or working in the garden reduces the death of older man by 17 percent.
More than 1,000 men were studied and most of them were aged 78 years old. Men who managed to make moderate to vigorous activities for 30 minutes in a day decreased the risk of death by 33 percent.
The author of the study, Dr. Barbara Jefferis, said that whatever the level of physical activity that older men do is really beneficial.
