A mom and son duo were looking for a family that would adopt them as a pair on Mother’s Day. Later, it was reported that someone finally stepped up and took them to their fur-ever home.
– A mom and son doggo were up for adoption.
– They have been with Homeward Trails for eight months already and would only be adopted as a pair.
– A retired Marine and his wife decided to…
The mom, Queen, and the son, Freddy, have been waiting for their potential adopted for more than eight months. They have been under the care of Homeward Trails and when the shelter shared their story, they found the doggos’ perfect match. In a statement by the shelter, they said, “We are happy to report that Freddy and Queen were adopted by a retired Marine and his wife in Northern Virginia. The couple had recently lost their Labrador after nearly 13 years and were seeking an opportunity to rescue a dog – or two!”
The shelter also shared a photo of the mom and son doggo in their new backyard. They seem to be adapting well to their new fur mom and dad.
