The dog was found on Saturday and the police doggo, Edge, looked unfazed despite the many people who went out of their way to look for him. Accordingly, the dog went missing after its handler released him to chase after a suspect. The chase took place at around 4 P.M. on Friday and the dog never came back. It is unclear if the dog went on to chase the suspect because the dog was found in the same area where he was released. The suspect was apprehended on the same day that the police dog was found.
