The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) is now appealing to the public as to the identity of a man videoed slapping a doggo and was laughing while doing it. The man reportedly tricked the Bordeaux mastiff for food and slapped the animal in the face.
– A man was videoed slapping a dog in the face.
– The video went viral online.
– RSPCA is now asking the public to help them identify the man.
The RSPCA already launched an investigation into the matter after the video surfaced online earlier this October. It is believed that the video was taken somewhere in the United Kingdom but it remains unclear who is the dog owner in the video. There were actually two dogs inside the vehicle but only one of them was slapped. Allegedly, the man went near the vehicle while one of the dogs popped its head out of the window. The man then gestured as if he was offering them food. When the dog tried to get the food, that was when the man slapped the dog in the face. It is unclear if the dogs are owned by the same man.
Anyone who knows the person in the viral video is being asked by the RSPCA to come forward. They encourage anyone to call line on 0300 123 8018.
