The man was identified as Bryan K. Matthews Jr. He is now facing a felony count of torturing dog and third-degree arson. The dog’s body was found in the men’s restroom at the Henderson County Fairgrounds on June 6 and per the findings, the dog might have died at night because it was found approximately 12 hours after the gruesome killing.
The dog was actually a missing doggo. The owner has not yet released a statement regarding the matter. As to why Matthews did what he allegedly did, details are yet to surface.
