– The person who did such to the dog was not the dog owner.
The incident happened on Valentine’s Day. The same man was involved in a domestic dispute the day before. It is unclear who owned the dog but the man was confirmed to be not the owner.
The bail of the charged man was set at $50,000. He was arrested just now after he was under the custody of Westchester County in New York for another criminal issue. After they found out that the man was involved in the dog incident, he was picked up by Greenwich police.
