Animal Services are now investigating after a family claims their dog was killed by two off-leash doggos while out for a walk with one of its owners. The attacking dogs are reportedly huskies while the dog that was killed was a ten-year-old Papillion named Ginger.
– A dog was killed while it was out for a walk.
– Two off-leash dogs reportedly attacked it.
– The doggo suffered from…
The person walking the doggo helped the doggo be free from the two attacking dogs but she sustained injuries to her hand and arm. Later, a man and a woman helped and were able to free Ginger. Ginger was then taken to a veterinarian but the extent of her injuries caused her to die. She suffered from punctured lungs and her throat was cut open.
Allegedly, the same dogs killed another dog that also died in the past. The same dogs reportedly tried to attack Ginger before but one of the dog owner was able to “scoop it up in time.”
An investigation has started. There are no details yet as to the owners of the doggos but they will reportedly be served with a restraint order soon.
