The dog, a three-year-old Yorkie named Peanut, disappeared from their home last February. The news was aired locally and a woman called the dog owner, Ashely Youngblood, saying that her boyfriend recently rescued a doggo. The two met up days later and Youngblood ascertained it was indeed her doggo.
Youngblood shared, “He walked up to me very casually, like he was on vacation. I knew it was him, I picked him up, I cried, and I just hugged her.” The dog was not injured but the dog’s hair was a little longer.
The dog helps Youngblood manage her anxiety.
