The woman who is fostering the dog in behalf of Ruff Start Rescue said that they are relieved the dog is back but they still want to catch the burglar. The dog, a boxer and is only three months old, was not injured during the time it was away from its family.
Accordingly, a $1,000 reward was promised to be given to whoever could return the dog. Shortly after fliers showing the photo of the dog and the reward money were given out, a woman called the foster parent of the dog. The woman claimed that her friend took the dog to her apartment. The woman got the reward after returning the dog safely.
