A doggo that was stuck in the Detroit River for days finally got a fur-ever home. The lucky adopter is the person who also rescued the doggo.
– A dog got stuck in the Detroit River for days.
– The dog was rescued by a man named Jude Mead, who is from Ontario, Canada, and works with J&J Marine.
– The dog was later adopted by the rescuer.
The dog was given the name Miracle because it was really unbelievable how the doggo survived the frigid temperatures for days. The person who adopted and rescued the doggo was identified as Jude Mead, who is from Ontario, Canada, and a worker with the J&J Marine. The dog was then taken to the Friends of the River Rouge Animal Shelter.
After weeks of being with the shelter, they announced that Miracle was finally adopted. They said that they decided Mead was the best match because he was the one who saved the doggo. They noted in their post, “Today the story came full circle. Today the little Miracle dog was placed into the hands of the hero who saved his life. That’s right….this dog who defied ALL THE ODDS will now live happily ever after w the man who saved his life. Miracle could not ASK for a better or more ideal family to love him!”
The adoption came after many claimed they own the doggo and many also sent in their applications and expressed their intentions for adopting the animal.
