A doggo was left inside the vehicle of its owner after the latter went for a quick trip at the grocery store. The doggo went on a joyride after the vehicle was stolen and the police tried to chase the car thief.

The car key was left inside the car when the dog owner went to the supermarket. Accordingly, the suspect drove the car at a speed of 170 kilometers per hour. The incident took place in South Australia and police said that the suspect, a 45-year-old man, was drunk when he took the car.
The man was charged with speeding and driving while under the influence of alcohol. The dog and the dog owner were later reunited. The dog was not harmed or injured.
Police are advising everyone to never leave their vehicles unlocked or leave the keys in their car.
