A doggo fell into a river in Portland, Oregon. The dog had a life jacket on and was luckily saved by the people at Clark County Sheriff’s office.

The dog, named Ollie, was already several hundred yards down the Columbia River after falling off from the sailboat he was on. The quick response of the marine unit of the sheriff’s office should be commended because if they did not act fast, the dog might not have been saved. Per the marine unit that saved the dog, the dog was very tired but it was happy that it was rescued. They later returned the dog to the dog owners.
It remains unknown how the dog got into the river. The dog owners did not comment on the matter.
