According to the police reports, the two dogs of Prescott escaped from their home earlier this week. One of the dogs, a pitbull, then got into a fight with the neighbor’s dog and later bit the neighbor. The two dogs of Prescott were captured by Frisco Animal Services and were supposed to be in quarantine for 10 days. The quarantine was lifted three days later but the doggo that bit the neighbor will remain in custody with the Collin County Animal Shelter. The hearing as to the determination of whether or not the dog is dangerous was set on March 20.
If the dog will be deemed dangerous, Prescott has to make major changes such as keeping the doggo inside their home or in their backyard. Also, Prescott might pay a fine of $500.
