The bobcat first attacked the couple’s doggo. The dog went back to the house but the bobcat followed it. The dog went to the garage and that was where the bobcat started attacking one of the dog owners. Environment officials said that the male dog owner went to check what was happening and when he saw the bobcat attacking his wife, he pulled the animal away. The bobcat then started to bite his arm.

The male dog owner slammed the bobcat to the ground. He beat it with a fireplace log. The bobcat later died.

The woman and the man sustained injuries from the attack and are being treated for rabies. The dog, on the other hand, suffered only minor injuries.
