The dog walking app called Wag has been reported numerous times over the years regarding missing doggos under the care of the walkers. Recently, another doggo went missing.
– A dog owner trusted the dog walking app Wag to look after his two dogs.
– However, one of them went missing.
– Months later, Wag only offered to keep the tip line open for the possible sighting for the missing doggo but they would no longer…
The doggo is from San Antonio, Texas and is owned by a 35-year-old man. The dog owner travels often and he always used Wag so that his two dogs, both huskies, who are named Sozin and Ozai, will have some company while he is away. However, during the last time he used the app when he was away in Philadelphia, he got an unexpected call about Sozin going missing. They claimed that the dog slipped out of his collar on their walk and went missing.
Days and weeks passed however but Sozin was never found. The dog owner said that he got the usual response from Wag that they are spreading awareness about the missing dog and that they opened a tip line for people to call once they spot the doggo.
Recently, the dog owner was told that Wag would no longer help search for Sozin. Wag added in a statement that they already suspended the walker who lost Sozin and the tip line remains open.
