A doggo was one of the animals that survived in a massive fire that killed lots of animals at the Knox-Whitley Animal Shelter last November 2013.
– A dog survived a fire in 2013.
– The dog was later adopted by a newlywed couple.
– The dog is now the star of two…
That dog, Bloo, was only a few days old at the time of the incident. The dog was then taken to Lexington Humane Society and that was when she met her new owners. The dog owners are a couple who just got married and they wanted a rescue doggo. The then-potential dog owners knew that the dog suffered from smoke inhalation and some coughing problems but they knew they wanted him.
The dog, a black lab-Huskie mix, is now having a great life with the dog owners. The dog reportedly loves watching cartoons, is curious, charismatic, and sometimes has a diva-ish attitude. The dog is actually in a children’s book because one of his humans decided to make a book out of her. There are now two books featuring the doggo namely, “Night Night Bloo,” and “Merry Christmas Bloo.”
