The dog was found burned on Sunday. The staff of the humane society really want to catch the culprit so they are offering $1,000 as a reward. They noted that they came to a conclusion that someone intentionally burned the animal because their animal cruelty expert believes the origins of the burns are suspicious and that the expert “cannot rule out foul play.”
The dog is now on treatment to at least reduce the pain he is feeling because of the burns and is also on I-V fluids.
