A dog owner made a disturbing and shocking admission to his therapy group. His dog was then seized by Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) authorities.

Accordingly, the dog owner was at Vancouver’s Drug Treatment Court when an employee heard him admit that he threw his dog.
The dog owner made the admission during a group counselling session. The employee then alerted authorities and later took the dog.
The dog was taken to a veterinary and it was discovered that the dog suffered from a dislocated leg due to being thrown.
The dog owner said that he did not abuse the dog and people at the therapy group took his side. Despite their statements, the Farm Industry Review Board determined that the dog should not be given back to the dog owner.
