A man from Lake Charles, Louisiana claims that he was forced to leave his doggo tied to a newsstand so that he could get inside a service station. The owner of the gas station claims that he only asked the dog owner to keep his service dog out for sanitary reasons.
– A dog owner claims he was forced to tie his dog to a newsstand.
– The dog is a service doggo.
– The owner of the gas station countered that…
The dog owner claimed that the owner of the gas station asked for some paperwork for the doggo and when he could not produce such, he was told to bring his dog outside. The owner of the gas station said, on the other hand, that the dog was already getting too close to the food so he asked the dog owner to keep the service dog out. It is unclear who is telling the truth but per the law in Louisiana, service dogs are allowed anywhere that the public can go.
The dog owner added that he has had bad seizures in the past but when he got his service dog, everything got better for him. Because of this, he just wants his service dog to be with him all the time.
