The pair is Georgia but they always love going to Virginia Beach. The man is always seen out and about pushing the mobile bed he made for the doggo. The dog owner, Tom Antonino, said that he and his wife came up with the mobile bed because the doggo, Cocoa, cannot walk as much anymore because of her age. The dog, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, no longer has the same energy it had when it was younger. The dog loved walking, looking at the sunset, and just staring at the ocean. Antonino did not want the dog’s age to be a barrier for the dog to enjoy everything she likes in life.

The doggo and the dog owner became viral after someone posted about them online. Since it was uploaded on social media, they became a hit but the dog owner, who did not have a Facebook account, did not know about this. He just found out about it through his brother-in-law.

Unfortunately, Cocoa recently passed away. The dog owner said he is happy though that they became viral because, “It hit a chord with people that the bond we have with our dogs and our pets — it’s strong.”
