Keri Levy of New Jersey had to go through the unbelievable and intolerable thing related to her beloved dog Caesar.
She had brought her adorable dog to the vet hospital located in Howell to treat a chronic health condition called the Cushing’s disease.
The doctor said that the miniature pinscher of 15 years will have to be put down. The family was devastated but somehow managed to hold on hoping that this will reduce the poor dog’s sufferings.
Where was the dog?
Recently, Levy discovered that her dog was never put down. The doctor had given the dog to a fellow employee where he lived for all these months. When she demanded a euthanizing receipt, the hospital failed to produce one.

Finally the poor dog was discovered and reunited with the owner. He has now been put to sleep for real.
I asked for cremation receipt – she didn’t know where anything was but was so helpful she called the cremation company Dr Menez was using. NO RECORDS OF MY DOG!”
