A doggo was reported to have been residing at a yard and has given birth to puppies. People were concerned over the puppies but the momma dog was so protective that she won’t let anyone get near them.

A volunteer from North Georgia Animal Alliance went to give the dog some food and water. Later, the volunteer attempted to get to the puppies but the first try was not as successful. The volunteer was able to set up a trap in order to finally rescue the puppies but the momma dog still did not fall for it. Someone then said that the volunteer should use bacon to lure the dog and it worked. The momma dog started trusting the volunteer and the latter was able to see for the first time the eight pups.

Later, the pups were taken to a foster home and the mom was taken to Petsense to get a bath. The momma dog and the pups will soon be reunited. Later, the pups will be up for adoption.
