The dog went missing on January 31 on the day that the Chihuahua terrier named Papi was taken to Mission Veterinary Hospital. Per the surveillance videos, the dog jumped out of the employee’s arms and out of the hospital. The woman was seen trying to catch the animal but eventually gave up. One of the dog owners said, “It really made me mad, because if that was her dog, she never would’ve stopped chasing it. She would’ve ran until the ends of the earth until she caught the dog.”
The family was also not immediately notified about their missing doggo. They have already printed flyers and they will be giving away a $500 reward for anyone who can bring their doggo back.
