The dog was found last February 14 at Highway 23 and 75th Avenue Southwest and was taken to Hawk Creek Animal Shelter. The doggo was renamed Ranger by the staff at the rescue center after it was taken to them by a driver who saw the doggo wandering on the highway. The shelter then found out that the dog had severe eye injuries and was blind. The dog has to undergo surgery.
