A trapped or helpless dog is always a serious matter and they need urgent rescuing. For this dog, however, it took rescuers three days to get the doggo out.
– A dog went inside an artificial pitch and got himself stuck.
– The pipe where the dog was stuck was only 12 inches in diameter.
– The dog was already checked by a veterinarian and is recovering.
A dog from Tilsley Park in Abingdon went inside an artificial pitch and walked 110 meters before it got stuck.
Firefighters from Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service and employees from Thames Water were deployed to rescue the dog.
There were more than 40 people who went out to help save the dog. The pipe was only 12 inches in diameter making the rescue all the more difficult.
The family of the dog were thankful to those who put in their efforts in saving the dog. The dog is dazed and confused but is doing better now.
