Accordingly, the prosecutor reviewed the case and decided to charge the shooter with firing a firearm where it is not allowed. The dog owner was also charged with failure to confine the doggo. Although the dog owner was charged with such, the dog owner is asking for justice. She revealed that two of her doggos escaped through a hole in their fence. Later, one of the dogs, named Zues, got shot.
The shooter said he fired around 10 shots at the two dogs because they killed a duck on the property. The dog owner believes her dogs did not harm the duck because they were raised with chickens and goats.
