A dog breeder has been given less than a month to be behind bars after he was found guilty of supplying doggos to a dog fight. The man is from Queensland and he did not give proper treatment to the doggos who were wounded from the dog fight.
– A dog breeder supplied dogs for dog fights.
– He was given a six-month sentence.
– He will, however, be let out by July 31 and serve his parole outside.
Around 20 dogs were taken from the property of the dog breeder last year. The breeds of the dogs were American Staffordshire bull terriers, bull mastiffs, pit bull terrier, English mastiff and bull dog. Some of them were infested with fleas and they were all chained. Some of the dogs became very aggressive that they had to be put down after they were seized. The others were rehabilitated and were already rehomed.
The man was sentenced to six months behind bars but will be released by the end of the month and serve his parole outside.
