A blind man tried to get his guide dog inside the church but the church allegedly refused. The blind man and the doggo were then kicked out from the mass.

The dog owner claims they attended the mass at the Lowcountry Community Church in South Carolina last Sunday. He and the dog were allowed to go inside the church but while they were looking for a seat, they were asked to leave. The dog owner said he was never denied access anywhere while he was with his guide dog and he never thought his first rejection was at a church.
Pastor Jeff Cranston said in a statement that they already sought legal advice as to accommodating service animals but still ensuring that they “protect the health of thousands of people who utilize our venue weekly.” The dog owner wishes changes may be made as to the church’s policy of no animals allowed.
