The 46-year-old was in the hallways of a parking garage at his condominium when the incident happened. A worker heard the doggo, a pit bull named Beachy, crying and screaming. That worker then reviewed the CCTV footage and saw the horrifying incident. In the short video, it could also be seen that Previte went outside and slammed the dog against the wall.
The worker called Previte and told him he would file a report to the management. Allegedly, Previte became irate and hung up. Later, the Santa Monica police took to their Facebook to say that they received information about an animal cruelty incident. Police is now working with the local district attorney’s office to see what are the possible charges that will be filed to Previte.
Previte’s father released a statement saying that they have also started their investigation and Previte could be disciplined.
